ClaudinhoCode respects your privacy. We collect the minimum data needed for the platform to work, keep it for the time we promise here, and never sell your information.

01Who is responsible for your data

ClaudinhoCode is a brand operated by Zingy Media Digital LTDA, registered under Brazilian company number (CNPJ) 65.586.276/0001-49, which is the controller of the personal data processed on this site and on our Instagram channels.

02What data we collect

We only collect what you give us and what is needed to run the site and our channels.

• Email, when you subscribe to the newsletter or request a community invite
• Browsing data, such as pages visited and device type, in aggregate form
• Messages, when you contact us of your own accord
• Messages sent to Claudinho, when you chat with the site's assistant, as explained in section 05
• Your Instagram username and the text of your comment, when you comment a keyword on one of our posts to receive a free resource

We do not ask for sensitive data and recommend that you do not enter it in fields on the site or in comments.

03How we use the data

We use the data to send the newsletter you subscribed to, reply to your message, understand how to improve the content and keep the platform secure. We do not use your data for any purpose you have not authorized.

04Resources delivered by Instagram direct message

Some of our posts offer a free PDF resource to anyone who comments a keyword. It is worth understanding exactly how this works, because it involves automated processing.

• What triggers it, your own comment with the keyword shown in the post. Nothing happens if you do not comment.
• What we record, your Instagram account ID and username, the text of the comment and the date. We have no access to your email, phone number, contact list or private messages.
• What it is for, only to send you, once, the direct message with the link to the promised resource, and to prevent repeated sending or abuse.
• Who sends it, an automated system of ours, hosted on our own server, using Meta's official interface.

You can ask us to delete this record at any time, and you can delete your comment on Instagram whenever you like. We do not use this data for advertising and do not send it to third parties.

05Conversations with Claudinho

Claudinho is the AI assistant that appears on the site's pages. It only receives something when you write to it, and it is worth understanding the path your message takes.

• What is sent, the text you write, the images you attach and the earlier messages of the same conversation, to generate the answer.
• Who processes it, Anthropic, which provides the Claude AI model and generates the answer, and OpenRouter, which gives access to the Jev model by TypeSafe. Jev reads only the text of your latest message to classify the topic and complexity of the question, which helps block abusive use and choose how the answer is generated. These providers process data on servers outside Brazil, following their own privacy policies.
• What stays in your browser, the conversation history is saved in your own browser so you can pick up where you left off. It is not stored on our server, and you can delete it whenever you like with the new conversation button or by clearing the site's data in your browser.
• What we record, to control costs and the daily question limit, we keep a technical record of each question with date and time, IP address, model used, amount of text processed, cost and the classification made by Jev. This record does not store the text of your message.
• Ratings, when you mark an answer as helpful or unhelpful, we store the question, the rated answer, the page, the browser type and the country of access, to improve Claudinho.
• Microphone, if you use the speak button, speech recognition is done by your own browser, under its own rules. The audio does not go through our server.

Do not write passwords, card details, personal documents or other people's information in the chat. Answers are generated by AI and may contain errors.

06How long we keep it

We keep each piece of data only as long as needed for the purpose that justified it.

• Comments and resource delivery records, for up to 24 months, after which they are deleted automatically
• Newsletter email, for as long as you want to receive it. Unsubscribing removes your address from our database.
• Contact messages, for as long as needed to resolve your matter
• Claudinho technical records and ratings, for up to 90 days, after which they are deleted automatically
• Claudinho daily question limit counter, for about 25 hours

07Cookies and measurement

The site may use cookies and measurement tools to understand page usage in aggregate. You can block cookies in your browser settings. This does not prevent you from using the content.

08Sharing

We do not sell your data. We use third-party services for hosting, email delivery, the Claudinho assistant (Anthropic and OpenRouter, with the Jev model by TypeSafe) and running our Instagram channels, including Meta Platforms. These services process data only to perform the contracted function, following their own privacy policies.

09Your rights

Under Brazil's General Data Protection Law (LGPD), you may, at any time:

• Confirm which of your data we process and access it
• Correct incomplete or outdated data
• Request deletion of your data
• Withdraw any consent you have given
• Unsubscribe from the newsletter in one click, at the bottom of each email

10How to request deletion of your data

Write to contato@claudinhocode.com.br with the subject Data deletion, stating the email you registered or your Instagram username, as applicable.

We delete the data linked to you within 15 days and confirm the deletion by email. You do not need to justify the request. If any information must be kept due to a legal obligation, we will tell you which and why.

11Security

We take reasonable measures to protect data against unauthorized access. No system is completely immune to failure, but we handle your information with care and responsibility.

12Changes to this policy

This policy may be updated to reflect changes to the platform or the law. The date of the last update is always shown at the top of this page.
